We have now been working with Vale for almost 10 years in which time they have been looking after our communication requirements at both my Taxi and packaging operations.

The introduction was via our Taxi software system and to say it was a baptism of fire would be an understatement with all sorts of software issues (none attributed to Vale) however it was Vale who were left in the firing line with us requiring solutions. I will always remember the words of Jonathan their owner who whilst sat in front of me said its now you will find out the true worth of us as a communications provider which at the time with over 400 Taxi drivers screaming at us felt very small comfort.

True to his word they navigated us around the problems in an efficient and orderly manner and have continued in this boringly efficient way ever since.

The best testimony I can give them is that we have in the last twelve months change Taxi software providers again and it was a deal breaker for me that the new provider had to authorise Vale to provide our communications otherwise we would not have moved.
