Tailored Courses
We have a selection of pre-designed courses on some of the key topics and competencies required of managers and leaders, we take these courses and tailor them to fit your organisational context and pitch them at the right level for the participants.

Bespoke Designs
Often you will have a requirement that is unique to your own organisation, it is then that we use our in-house instructional design expertise to design a course or programme of development around specific objectives, including unique case-studies and challenges or assignments to complete outside of the training room.

Our team of ICF accredited coaches work on a 1 to 1 basis with managers and leaders to help them develop at an accelerated rate, overcome specific obstacles or even develop into new roles. Coaching is also a fantastic tool to combine with training in order to help it embed.

Often, specific decisions or issues are best decided or resolved from within, but sometimes some external guidance in the meeting or an impartial individual in the room can be really useful to bounce ideas off or to coach the group to a valid consensus. This is often a process that we use ourselves to understand what our clients’ needs are.

About Nine Dots
Every organisation that we support and work with is different, which means that we must first get to know them.

After introduction, we meet with our clients and learn as much as possible about the culture and people within their organisations, we also apply our knowledge of their industry or sector to this understanding to put ourselves in a position where we are able to help.

Understanding our clients’ unique situations and challenges is where we excel and we consider it an integral part of our work.

Why Choose Nine Dots
We are very different from most other companies in our industry in that we do not just carry out training programmes, we embed the learning to allow our clients to reap the benefits.

We have a structured after-session process to support each participant to put their learning into practice, this involves challenges, reminders and coaching from our team after the learning event.

Additionally, we tailor all our training to our partners as standard and make it relevant to their organisation. All of our training is highly practical and is designed to give people tools that can immediately be put to use in their role.

(We also provide professional rebranding of all our materials for your company all free of charge so the training ties into company communications and the wider culture.)

The training was to a high standard and very informative. Being somebody totally new to HR I was worried there would be a lot of information that I wouldn't understand but throughout the session we were able to apply the information to our current job roles.

Courtney W (Onboarding and Developing Yourself as an Effective HR Practitioner, Module 1) Tue 30th Aug 22
The workshop was very engaging and informative. I have a lot of takeaways that I will be using in my daily interactions with my team in moving forward.

Suzanne G (Leading Commercial Teams, Part 2) Mon 15th Aug 22
Expect to be engaged for the full time by listening to the instructor, asking questions and participating in breakout sessions. This part of training will give key learnings into various coaching styles and how to better motivate your team.
