BS4C brings you Debt Restructuring Solutions
The Bank of England says inflation will hit a massive 13.5%, plus there will be a recession later this year.

Businesses experiencing financial problems will likely be in a serious situation, very soon. Companies need to take control before it's taken out of their hands, “early intervention” is always the best course of action.

BS4C will restructure your debts WITHOUT affecting your credit status and help ensure you won't fall into the hands of liquidators.

Rather than an Insolvency Practitioner taking control of your business with formal insolvency proceedings and charging thousands of pounds for a CVA or £10,000+ for a liquidation, both of which will destroy your credit status, BS4C charges from £350 per month depending on the size and complexity of the case, this will be discussed during your initial free consultation.

If your company is struggling with debt, get in touch today for a free confidential consultation.

What Creditor Types do BS4C cover?
(and much more!)
HQ Club - Colour Logo
Finance Houses
As the economy starts to move again finance companies will ensure that they are at the front of the queue in respect of debt owed on equipment and items purchased on any form of credit. Which type of credit will depend on how we defend any actions to preserve the asset in your hands. The system allows for voluntary surrender but all avenues are open to keep you working if that is what you want to do. Even where an asset, on the face of it, is worth considerably more than any debt claimed by the time costs, punitive interest, seizure and sale are added; there will be a debt still owing.

Loan Companies
Loan companies have higher rates of interest and usually more stringent terms and conditions. Businesses were encouraged to borrow from these other sources because they did not fit the criteria of the high street banks. Other lenders not tied directly to banks lend money for a wider variety of needs, sourcing their money from hedge funds and other non mainstream sources thereby your company is usually paying very high interest rates.

Secured Lending / PG's
For this type of finance the lender will take direct charge on property, goods or other form of tangible asset to secure its money. Some may also seek a personal guarantee. These are the sorts of loans that need swift action, as the lenders will not hesitate in the future climate to recover either the money or sell the assets with ruthless speed.

HMRC
The real problems with HMRC will not of been what happened during the pandemic, but the months and years after the pandemic. We need to prepare for this. In particular those with a debt that arose pre Covid 19 as the tax man will want his money back.

Testimonials & Case Study
BS4C have been a great help in professionally negotiating a suitable settlement with my suppliers to ensure a continual supply of medications. This was a very crucial moment in the life of my business due to difficulties with cash flow.

With their support, the withdrawal of services from wholesalers and the possible collapse of the business has been averted.

I am really grateful for their services, and to NPA for introducing them. I strongly recommend them to anyone in such a difficult situation.

Case Study:

We were approached by an independent pharmacy which was experiencing severe difficulties with cash flow and suppliers. The pharmacy is a member of the National Pharmacy Association. The client had immediate access to a dedicated handler from the first phone call.

On taking over the business by our client, errors were made by both the vendors and the NHS concerning payments for the monthly prescriptions bill.

This culminated in an overpayment to the company by the NHS but instead of requesting the money back once the error had occurred the payments for two months were frozen.

The problem was sorted out with the NHS system operators and the payments re-started; this however had thrown our clients cash flow into chaos. It culminated in his two main suppliers freezing his accounts and starving the business of supplies.

Once we became involved, we were able to explain the problem to the two suppliers and after two weeks of discussions, we had the accounts unfrozen and a payment plan in place for the one months missing payments.

The upshot is the pharmacy has now the time to trade out of the problem with a four-month payment plan in place.

NPA Case Study
We contacted BS4C through the NTIA for assistance as we start to try and trade out of the current chaos that is COVID. They have dealt with a variety of creditors for us but one in particular.

Before BS4C became involved we managed to get a CCJ against us for only a few hundred pounds and this culminated in a visit from a High Court Enforcement representative, he was threatening to break in and take all he could find unless I agreed to pay in full. This was early evening and without the help of BS4C I would have ended up losing the best part of £2000, even though it was 8 o’clock at night.

They intervened and brought it all to a standstill, pointing out illegal actions undertaken by both the firm and the individual. We now have agreement in place and happily moving on. BRILLIANT RESULT!

Steve
